Wɔb’yino chanila ni kom nyubu.

One elephant is going to drink water.


Giraffusnima ayi chanila kom nyubu.

Two giraffes are going to drink water.


Yɔ’niɣi ata mini noonsi anahi gba chanila kom nyubu.

Three buffaloes and four birds are also going to drink water.


Kparibuhi anu mini dɛhi ayɔbu chanila kom maa shee.

Five impalas and six warthogs are walking to the water.


Kɔri ayopɔi guurimi chani kom maa shee.

Seven zebras are running to the water.


Lɔna anii mini zahim awei be kom maa ni duɣira.

Eight frogs and nine fish are swimming in the water.


Gbuɣin’yino kuhira. O gba bori ni o nyu. Ŋun zori gbuɣinli maa?

One lion roars. He also wants to drink. Who is afraid of the lion?


Wɔb’yino mini gbuɣinli maa nyurila kom.

One elephant is drinking water with the lion.
