Ngoo yakwa ĩĩw’a syĩndũ mbiingĩ mũno.

My heart feels a lot of things.


Nĩw’aa muyo ĩla sũsũ ũkũtweea ngewa mawĩoo.

I feel happy when my granny tells us stories in the evening.


Nĩw’aa makothe ĩla ngũthaũka na mũnyanyawa.

I feel silly when I play with my friend.


Nĩw’aa naĩ ĩla tata wasya ndena mbesa.

I feel bad when my dad says he does not have money.


Nĩw’aa nĩmwende ĩla mwaitũ angumbatĩla.

I feel loved when my mom gives me a hug.
