I wake up and make fire.

Nakabisha ne mema.

I boil some water.

Na tetaula nenkunyi.

I chop the firewood.

Na kumbaula nemu mpoto.

I stir the pot.

Na pyanga nepanshi.

I sweep the floor.

Na ovwa nemasanyi.

I wash the dishes.
