I peel the potatoes.


Ma kẹ́ bẹ́ ji ̣̃ ũ rẽ .

I chop a cabbage.


Ma ká rõ ti ̃ ki ́ tri ̣.

I grate the carrots.


Ma mã rá gi ̃ ki ́ ũ ji ̃.

I wash the beans.


Ma ã du kũ lé pi kũ kũ ri ̃ ki ́ ụ li.̣́

I cut the butternut.


Ma kẹ́ bijị̃ ̣̃ bibi ̣́ ̣́ ri ̃ ki ́ ũ rẽ .

I chop the spinach.


Má ã ndrẽ la bá sã lã ki ́ ũ rẽ .

My mom chops the onions.


Bá sã lã ki ́ fẽ ma awá ú dri ̃ ki ́ ũ rẽ ri ̃ gá .

Onions make me cry when they are chopped.
