Fire burns.

Keyerisho nkima.

Fire cooks.

Keysheru nkima nkirewaj.

Fire gives warmth.

Keysheru nkima ong’an.

Fire gives light.

Ng’ura, nkima!

Look, fire!

Kesupat oleng’ nkima.

Fire is wonderful.

Naa keata ngupu.

And it is powerful.
